How to install a high pressure solenoid valve

Solenoid valve has many varieties types, 2way, 3way, 5way.

We are going to talk about is a 2way high pressure solenoid valve.

2way means one inlet port and one outlet port. The fluid flow in the valve and flow out when the solenoid operate another function.

High pressure solenoid valve is widely used for automatic, industrial and medical, it provide stable function for the fields and promote the production.

Before you install the high pressure solenoid valve on your machine, you have to check followings:

1: The fluid

2: The temperature

3: The pressure(pilot type)

4: Install direction

After you confirm all details, then pun the valve on the system and screw it on the correct direction. Before you engage the valve, check it three times at least to ensure it’s correct.

When engaged, there should not be people around the valve, because it’s high pressure, if some accidents occurred, a serious result will be caused. Test the valve at least 48hours then involved it in formal usage.
